Management & Development Company Limited – MDC, was registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on April 1982 as a 100% Saudi Company, in 1989 the company activities achieved a substantial boosting in commencing the Water Well Drilling Division.

According to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Ministry of Water and Electricity, the company is regarded as one of largest Water Well Drilling Contractors, capable to furnish wells up to 1500 meters. Also MDC is qualified to execute project of M/s. Ma'aden, Ministry of Water and Electricity, Ministry of Defense and Aviation, Municipality, M/s. ARAMCO,  all other Ministries and Governmental Authorities, and nearly all Agricultural and Industrial Companies working in Saudi Arabia.
